BioI'm lucky enough to live a life of leisure. I spend that life making cakes and pastry, selling locally. I accept commissions and I'm always looking for ways to outdo myself!
I'd like to be a pâtissier in a Michelin Star quality restuarant one day; but perhaps not. I'd have to put my hair in a hairnet, then, and that's not entirely agreeable.
